Fifth Annual Graduate and Undergraduate Research Information Fair Poster Competition

Want to showcase your artistic ability?  The Graduate and Life Sciences Education Office is hosting the Fifth Annual Graduate and Undergraduate Research Information Fair on November 10, 2016 and we want your help in creating the poster  advertisement!

We are now accepting poster  entries by all undergraduate and graduate students. This poster  competition invites students to demonstrate their artistic talents. Creative posters  are highly encouraged.

The poster  must include these specifics:

1)      Date : November 10, 2016
Time : 10:30 am ­ 2:00 pm
Location : Student Commons Medical Sciences Building, 1 King¹s College Circle
2)     Evening Session Registration Required

3)     Graduate Alumni Panel Discussion  5:00pm – 6:00pm

4)       Networking Event with Graduate Alumni and Ambassadors 6:00 pm ­- 7:30 pm

5)      All Undergraduate Students Welcome

Eligibility:
All students enrolled at University of Toronto (1 entry each) are encouraged to submit a poster .
Submission Guidelines:

  • 8.5 x 11 size poster
  • Only PDF or JPEG file
  • Original work only
  • If individuals are included in the poster, ensure proper consent has been taken.

Competition Deadline:
July 15th ­ Competition Opens
August 15th  ­ Competition Closes
September 1st – Winner Announced

Prizes are as follows…
1st-Duffle Bag and Portable Speaker
2nd-Portable Speaker
3rd-Portable Speaker

* Posters  will be judged by Graduate and Life Sciences Education
Please confirm your participation to Natasha Lowe as there are specifications needed as per the Faculty of Medicine guidelines.
