This interactive session uses research and insights from the psychology of motivation to support your academic success. Motivation concerns why you do what you do. In the context of higher education, research has shown that some forms of motivation are more strongly related to academic success than others. In this session, you will complete a self-assessment that will reveal sources of your own academic motivation and learn how your motivational orientation may affect your satisfaction and success at university.
