Details: Would you like to be more calm, confident and connected? Join us every Wednesday to practice mindfulness meditation techniques that can help reduce stress and increase resiliency. Beginners welcome, registration not required. These sessions are provided on a drop-in basis, and students are welcome to attend any session throughout the year.
