DiversiTea Session: Inclusivity & What is Allyship?

November 16 @ 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Free

Office of the Deans of Students – Woodsworth College is proud to introduce our DiversiTea Workshop series!

Session 1: Join us Thursday, November 16th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Waters Lounge (321 Bloor Street West) where we will be hosting a workshop focusing on Inclusivity & What is Allyship? Instructed by the Anti-Racism and Cultural Diversity Office, we will be going to discuss ways to deconstruct racism, what is “allyship” and ways to be an ally, what does it mean to create safe spaces, and how can we give spaces to  marginalized voices without taking their experiences and pinning them up against universal experiences?

All students, faculty and staff are welcome to join us in this discussion.

We look forward to seeing you all there, please RSVP in the link below. Light Refreshments will be served.
