Don’t let those fast-approaching essay and assignment deadlines spook you – face them head on! At our October 31 meeting, Brock MacDonald, Vice-Principal of Woodsworth College, Assistant Professor Teaching Stream, and Director of Woodsworth’s Academic Writing Centre, will be our guest speaker. Professor MacDonald will help us demystify essay questions – the first step toward writing stellar papers – and advise us on the perennially tricky tasks of thesis development, organizing a strong argument, and documenting sources. Come join us for lunch and a discussion that will give us the courage we need to conquer our essay-writing fears!
