Staying healthy is an important component of being successful at UofT! Join us to learn about some great nutrition and exercise tips, as well as information on health services – including what to do if you are sick for an exam. We will also be discussing mental wellness as well as having a Mindfulness activity (you’ll learn some meditation tips!). Our session will end with a fun and active fitness activity.
