The STEP Forward framework is a major new initiative by the UofT Arts & Science that will develop our students’ capacity to connect their academic learning to their personal values, aspirations, and practical planning, through active reflection on what they have learned. It focuses on three words: Connect, Reflect and Project.
Our Woodsworth College E-Mentorship program is one of these STEP programs that will help Connect with students through E-Mentoring. The students will be able to Reflect on their transition and orientation into University and then Project forward goals and aspirations that will help smooth out the transition.
